Terry Brodnik

Terry Brodnik

General Manager

Terry is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in both finance and construction. He grew up in Scottsburg, Indiana and graduated from Scottsburg High School in 1996. He then attended the University of Southern Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In 2000, he moved to Indianapolis and began his career in finance, working at Fifth Third Bank from 2001-2010.

During this time, he began to develop an interest in construction and transitioning into the field. He worked for DR Contractors for 2 separate stints, the first lasting from 2011-2012. He then took an in-home sales position with Lowe’s Home Improvement where he worked from 2012-2016.

In 2016, he returned to DR Contractors to become the General Manager when the company founder and owner, David Rhodes, and his family were making plans to move “out west”. David trusted Terry to run the company because their vision and values align perfectly, they both believe in doing quality work, standing behind their product, and making all recommendations with the client’s best interest at heart.

After being actively involved in training Terry from 2016 – 2018 to make sure he had full grasp of all aspects of the company, David and his family moved to Montana, where they currently reside. Terry currently live in Brownsburg, Indiana with his wife, Laura, children, Payton and Emerson.

Amanda Endicott

Office Manager

Amanda Endicott is a dedicated and valuable employee who joined the company in 2018 as a part-time coordinator for the fall and spring gutter cleaning seasons. She quickly proved herself as an asset to the team and was hired full-time in 2020 to assist with project management and office work. Amanda’s attention to detail and efficient organization skills have made her an indispensable part of the company. She continues to coordinate the gutter cleaning seasons and strives to ensure each project runs smoothly.

In house

We employ multiple in-house crews (typically 2 – 4 two person crews) that are well rounded and can handle a wide variety of projects. Each employee is thoroughly screened and tested before being assigned to a project. Our “ In-House” Crew leaders are experienced contractors. Our leads are often previous business owners who were looking for a reputable company to work for with a consistent workload. Lastly all our crew leaders have over twenty years experience in residential construction and believe in providing professional service and high quality results.

Subcontractors

We utilize specialty contractors as needed. All these sub-contractors specialize in their individual trades. This means we will never ask a concrete contractor to put a roof on your house! They go through an extensive background, must be licensed (when applicable), have liability and workman’s compensation insurance to step foot on our projects. Most sub-contractors have been with us for 5+ years and have worked on our personal residences.
